§ 6. [Existing ordinances and resolutions to remain in force.]

Latest version.

All ordinances and resolutions adopted by the board of commissioners of Gilmer County, Georgia, prior to the effective date of this Act shall remain in full force and effect and are not repealed, modified, or changed by this Act.
