§ 18-103. County official, spouse and children prohibited from interest in license.

It shall be unlawful for any elected or full-time appointed official or any employee of the county or employee of an elected official of the county who receives all or part of his salary from the county, or his spouse or minor child to have any whole, partial or beneficial interest in any license under this article.
