§ 18-108. Annual renewal required.

(a)

All licenses under this article shall be issued for a period of one year from the date of issuance. All licensees under this article shall be required to renew their licenses annually on forms prescribed by the county.

(b)

An application for renewal shall meet and qualify under all requirements of this article for the granting of a new license.
