§ 1-1. How Code designated and cited.

The ordinances and other enactments embraced in the following chapters and sections in subparts 1 and 2 shall constitute and be designated as "The Code of Gilmer County, Georgia," and may be so cited. It may also be referred to as the "Gilmer County Code."
