§ 26-40. Notice of public hearing.

In connection with any issue of obligations of the development authority of the county, the development authority is authorized and empowered on behalf of the county to give notice as required by law, and to conduct, any public hearing required by under the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act or any successor or similar provision of law now or hereafter in effect.
