§ 32-4. Lawful activities permitted by farm wineries.

A farm winery may conduct all of the lawful activities permitted unto it by O.C.G.A. § 3-6-21.1, et seq. except that a farm winery shall not be permitted to sell distilled spirits, malt beverages or wines produced by a non-Georgia farm winery.
