§ 40-13. Failure to obtain a commercial river use permit.

No person shall act in the capacity of a paid commercial river outfitter or advertise or represent himself or herself as a commercial river outfitter in the county without first obtaining a permit as required by this chapter. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section 1-9, which shall be in addition to all other remedies available, including those in this chapter.
