§ 42-35. Term.

Latest version.

The terms of the members shall be for three years and until their successors are appointed. Appointments to the planning board shall be for terms of one, two, and three years so that the terms of such members shall be staggered. In the appointment of the first county planning commission under the terms hereof, two members shall be appointed for three years; two members shall be appointed for two years; and one member shall be appointed for one year. All terms shall end on the 31st of December of the last calendar year of their appointment.
