§ 42-41. Meetings.

The county planning commission shall meet at least once each month at the call of the chairman, and at such other times as the chairman or the county planning commission may determine. All meetings of the county planning commission shall be open to public and duly advertised in accordance with the public meeting law. The county planning commission shall adopt its own rules for the transaction of business.
