§ 42-46. Concurrent powers and duties.

The planning commission shall serve and function as the board of land use appeals and shall have all of the powers, duties and responsibilities of the board of land use appeals as set out in division 13 of article 11 "Land Use Ordinance" in chapter 62. The terms of the members of the planning commission shall coincide and run concurrent with the terms of the board of land use appeals.
