§ 50-34. Registration of operator form.

Each entity, business or corporation subject to this excise tax provided for by this article shall be furnished first with a registration of operator form, a copy of which is available in the office of the board of commissioners, and the form shall be completed and filed as a part of the public records of the county and as indicated on the face of such registration.
