§ 54-1. Adoption of state rules.

The rules promulgated by the state department of human resources, Public Health, Chapter 290-5-26, On-Site Sewage Management Systems, and any subsequent amendment thereto, are hereby adopted with the exception of the minimum lot size or land area required (Section 290-5-26-04) which will remain in full force and effect.
