§ 6-41. Time for consideration.

The county shall process all sign permit applications within 30 business days of the county's actual receipt of a completed application and a sign permit fee. The planning commission shall give notice to the applicant of the decision of the county by hand delivery or by mailing a notice, by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the address on the permit application on or before the 30th business day after the county's receipt of the completed application. If mailed, notice shall be deemed to have been given upon the date of mailing in conformity with this section.
