§ 62-333. Adoption.

Latest version.

At least one public hearing shall be held prior to the adoption of this article and/or the Land Use District Ordinance by the Gilmer County Board of Commissioners and such proceeding shall comply with section 62-38 regarding public hearings; section 62-39 regarding hearing notice; and section 62-45 regarding conduct of hearings.
