§ 18-69. Violations.

  • (a)

    Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be punished as provided in section 1-9.

    (b)

    Violations of this article shall be considered due cause for suspension or revocation of any license.

    (c)

    The violation of the provisions of this article by any person may be enjoined by instituting appropriate proceedings for injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction. Such actions may be maintained notwithstanding that other adequate remedies at law exist. Such actions may be instituted in the name of the governing authority of the county.

    (d)

    The violation of the provisions of this article may be abated as a nuisance.
