§ 18-70. Zones where establishment permitted.

No adult entertainment establishment shall be located, and no adult entertainment business may be conducted, on any premises, and no license for any adult entertainment establishment may be issued for any premises or location, unless the location has been approved by the planning commission and the board of commissioners.
