§ 42-44. Budget.

Each member of the county planning commission shall be paid at a flat rate to help defray the costs and expenses incurred as a member of such commission at a rate of $100.00 per member per month. If the county planning commission or any member thereof is required to incur any expenses other than visits to proposed sites within the county, which are the subject matters of public hearings or public meetings, such commission members shall be reimbursed at the current rate or reimbursement as is available to the office of the board of commissioners pursuant to the written policy thereon. The expenditures of the county planning commission, exclusive of gifts or contract receipts, shall be within the amounts appropriated for the county planning commission by the Gilmer County Board of Commissioners.
