§ 46-67. Fees.

(a)

Fees in the amount of no less than $30.00 per ton or volume equivalent shall be paid to the county to offset the impact of the facility, public education, the cost of management, and the administration of plans and ordinances.

(b)

In addition to any and all fees a performance bond will be required from a company licensed to do business in the state.
