§ 24-9. Prohibited acts.

(a)

It shall be a violation of this section for any alarm user to cause, allow or permit three or more false alarms in any calendar year, except as provided for in subsection (b).

(b)

Any alarm user that is not registered according to section 24-4 shall be in violation of this section immediately upon the first false alarm in any calendar year.
